Our NEW Spiral Feed Rotor is available for your Case-IH® 60 or 80 Series Rotary Combine:
Spiral Feed Rotors are a remanufactured rotor using heavy 10 gauge skin to give lasting life to the rotor while keeping the cost down. We also use the highest quality parts to ensure the best product for the money. Additional features include:
- Feeds crops in a smooth rotating motion and starts the crop in the rotation for easier separation. This process relieves stress on the rotor belt and allows more crop into the rotor for more efficient harvesting.
- The Spiral Front Rotor design has less wear items. It alleviates the expensive wear items such as elephant ears and wear plates! Spiral Front Rotors use all OEM replacement parts on an 80 series rotor and all but the auger on a 60 series.
- The Spiral Feed Rotor also creates more CFM of air to reduce dust in front of the feeder which creates a clearer site of operation for the combine in dusty conditions.
- Spiral Feed Rotors require no additional parts to fit into the combine. Note: we do recommend that the 3/16" vane kit be installed to prevent flattening of vanes with an increase of crop induction.
- Spiral Feed Rotors increase the threshing area by 5" and increase the rasp bars by one row to allow up to a 20% increase in capacity without changing the size of the machine.
